How could you call any front like that "normal pup"? My original post that 
spawned this thread only stated something to the effect as "wait until they 
get the grossly deformed pups."  and then we went into the "What deformities 
phase of this thread."

We can quibble all we want about incidence, etc., but the gross deformities 
can and do happen.  No one knows the future incidence, but that really is not 
the issue.  I have some other references that describe in very minute detail 
the changes that are occurring at the growth plates, the problems with the 
Cervical vertebrae, etc.  There is a lot going on here.  I will be posting 
some more references and information in the next couple days.  I need to try 
to get something else done also.  

These level deformities eventually would be very painful.  The kinesology of 
the repetitive motion would cause the joints to break down, etc.  No mystery, 
just physics.  There are descriptions of the upper bone in the front being 
twisted as well, so that the foot is turned on the leg.  So this one picture 
is not the worst.  Very involved and some of the articles are very technical. 
 So they take awhile to digest.
