David and Nancy, please give that girl a *very* special hug from all of us
here! What an incredible accomplishment for all of you, after all you have
been through together. I surely won't show her any of that literature!
Good luck with dealing with the geriatric problems! We went through the
loss of appetite thing with our first pyr, Sugar, although she was always
a picky eater. She got very thin, and we kept escalating the "treat"
nature of what we fed her, finishing up, I think, with fresh-cooked
chicken livers. Anything to keep some nutrition in her. She didn't quite
make it to 13--died just a few months short of that milestone.
Anyway, a *very* happy birthday, Clondike, from all of us here.
