Don't worry about it Bonnie. I was just thinking that you might want to 
contact the WebTV help line and see if there is an update that you can 
download that would enable you to see the Microsoft photo album. Make sure 
that you include the URL. My Mom has an Iopener and she has similar problems 
at some sites and with E-Greetings.
