Linda,  I'm here to say that most of the committees over the years have
"not" been open to any new ideas. Either you go with the power or your out.
That  is not here say that happen to both Ron and I. At differant times but
it did happen. We have both ask over the years ( face to face with the power
that is) and we have never been needed for anything since.   I keep praying
things will get a
little better but I really don't think it will happen.
