Oh I agree Robyn, and in the end, that's exactly what happens.  But it
doesn't make it right.  Used to be that line fence neighbors split the
cost and work of putting their line fences up.  Since 1980 we have only
had that happen once, on one length of fence, not even the whole group
that ran on mutual fence lines.  And that lady was an old farm lady that
knew how being neighborly worked.   People are just really getting
obnoxious.  These slucks get away with doing and spending nothing because
the rest of us get so dad-blasted desperate!  Cindy
