Julie, you can try putting a leash on the dog and tying it around
your waist whenever he is in the house. If you cannot tie him to
your waist, crate him. Absolutely NO unsupervised time in the
house. If he lifts his leg, tell him NO! It may take a few weeks,
but this should stop the problem or at least lessen it greatly.
