Lisa, forget the invisible fence and go with a multi strand electric
fence. You may need to play with the strands for position.  Of course if
you put six or 8 strands on it, that will pretty much do the job 
irregardless.  Set it to the inside of your regular fence, so he can't
even make it to the fence.  You will be wasting time and money doing the
inviable, it usually isn't that great on Pyrs., and with yours, it
wouldn't make a dent.

Also, thousands of kids on farms live with regular electric fence too. 
They learn to deal with it, so don't fear it for your kids.  It will
still be along the existing fences, so it is not like they have a reason
to be too near to it anyway.
I think this is the only way you are going to get containment.  Just
