Lisa, what I have been told is that the implication that a dog may do
something, is enough for them to say that you had a "bad" dog that would
cause injury, and that you are liable for because you knew it would cause
injury.  I think the whole thing is crazy, but the way people "plan to
sue" these days, is bizarre too!  Cindy
