I hope you're right about the "logic".  However, talking with relatives in
England, logic doesn't seem to be playing too much of a part in the
equation.  Open lorries of dead animals are still being transported
throughout the country, according to David's Uncle, and that doesn't seem
too "logical" if you ask me.
