Hello Sariena,

I am a good friend of Barb's and will jump in on this one.   Barb feeds Abady 
Diet - it is not the Barf diet.   The Barf Diet = Biologically Appropriate R
aw Food or Bones And Raw Food - contains no rice/grains.     

I have been feeding my dogs this diet since 11/00 and am very pleased with 
the results - here is a link for you to get the most information you can.    
This is the Barf list and there are many who actually feed the diet that can 
give you advise.    I would suggest that you obtain Dr. Ian Billinghurst's 
book - Give Your Dog A Bone and/or Grow Your Pup With Bones - they are 
excellent reading and can be obtained from Dogwise.com.
