Ok, I am chiming in :-)  Here is another good Link: www.barfers.com .
Dianne is right in that most people who feed a BARF diet don't feed much in
the way of grains (and some feed none at all).

Another good book is Kymythy Schultz's Natural Nutrition For Dogs and Cats:
The Ultimate Diet.  Both this book and the Billinghurst ones can be found at
www.dogwise.com .  There is also a new book out called "Switching to Raw".
