[pyrnet] Taking personal responsibility

What it boils down to, Cindy, is a lack of personal
responsibility. People who take and accept responsibility for
their own actions are few and far between anymore. This is a big
failure of our society. It's a me, me, me attitude in this
country. Sometimes, even by those who on the surface, seem to be
so involved and care so much. I've seen an awful lot of this
attitude in relation to Rescue. People who talk a good game, but
then when the chips are down and help is needed, thet're nowhere
to be found. Thankfully, there are also those who jump in, pitch
in and give their all as well.
