Re: [pyrnet] The Spokane dog and rescue

All I can say is that Linda and Katie are going to be very busy people if
they are the only two people on this list that are dog savvy enough to
judge the merits of each dog.
Oh wait, we will be hearing from the few others that express this opinion
shortly after work lets out, I'm sure! All this based on what "they"
perceive to be true of course. What dogs deserve to be rescued (
certainly not those ill bred ranch raised creatures, they are sure those
dogs must be poor candidates right from the start! ). I can't really
believe this thrashing continues ,seeing that Mer already rescued the
dog, and seems comfortable in dealing with it. Seems that positive
suggestions might be more helpful at this point. It's well seen that
once again this goes down the lines of who is a buddy to whom, and we all
know that once it divides up into lines it goes no where. The point is,
she has the dog, and she appears to going to try to do the best by it,
only time will tell, and that is true of everything in rescue. You may
assume you know it all, or more than the next guy. But accept that not
everyone feels that way.

I do have one question, why would you accuse Mer of accusing someone else
of lying? There are any number of reasons why shelter employees could
have different information and be passing it around to different people.
Just because she said she had a different story does not for a minute
mean that she is implying someone lied. She simply wrote what she had
heard. I've known some wingding arguments on this list, but this may be
the craziest, and in some ways most mean spirited.

Not everyone agrees with you Linda, Katie, etc. that's life.
The dogs with Mer. now, lets try to be helpful, not accusatory. JMO, as
usual, Cindy
