Welcome to the list! I have found, over the years, that Pyrs have
their own ideas on landscaping. <G> The dogs I have now are much
older, and do not chew on bushes and such. But, they are ouside a
lot less as well. What seems to be pretty common to a lot of
people I've talked to about this, is that Pyrs do not like it
when bushes etc. obstruct their view of what "they" perceive is
theirs to protect. We basically just didn't plant anything on the
inside of the fence. When they were young, what they didn't chew
up got trampled when they played. Grannick's Bitter Apple may
help stop the chewing, but be forewarned, some dogs like the
taste!
