I much prefer wood floors to carpet or tile. They are easy to clean and
stay cool for my Pyr. We only have one room that doesn't have hardwood.
We keep Leo's nails trimmed regularly and he doesn't scratch the floor
at all.Of course, the nice thing about real wood floors is that when
they do become worn looking every decade or so, you don't have to
replace them; you can just refinish them.You can also look into a super
tough finish for your wood.
