[pyrnet] B.B. My Very Special Girl

Tried sending this earlier, but it bounced as the file size was
too large. So, sending the text only with the pic to follow in a
separate email. Email will have the same subject line.

B.B. was given to us by our breeder when she was about 4 years
old. She was dysplastic in one hip, so she could not be used for
breeding. She was the best Pyr I've ever been owned by. She
nannied my 2 litters, she was always smiling, and we used her to
temperament test other dogs for dog aggression problems. If
another dog became aggressive with her, she would turn her back
on them. If they continued the aggression, we knew they had to be
placed as an only dog. She helped many a Rescue dog overcome
their fears. She was as even tempereed and as sweet as they come,
but she was all Pyr. One day, while we were out walking, we were
attacked by a Wire Haired Fox Terrier. Sweet B.B. became the
bitch from hell! If the owner had not rushed out and picked up
his dog, it would have been a goner! It was all my Son could do
to hang onto the leash and hope she did not make contact with
him. BTW, when the owner picked up the dog, it bit him! Anyway,
I've attached my favorite photo of her. This photo shows her true
Pyrsonality, IMO. Loving, sweet, happy and full of mischief! <G>
B.B. crossed to the Rainbow Bridge in February, 1999.
