On October 16th, Mother's Pyr, Candy celebrated her 12th birthday!  For an
old girl with Cushings and arthritis, she's still very spry, especially
when it comes to guarding the back porch against invading squirrels and
rabbits.  We took her a cow hoof and some treats for her birthday, and it
wasn't long before she was happily working on the hoof.
