Feed the dogs where the goats cannot get to the food.  That will probably mean feeding the dogs completely away from the goats. We even had the goats find the place the dog food was stored and always find a way to get to it.

With a small group like this you could always construct a small holding pen near or right at the Dogs.  Place it so the predators would have to come through the dogs to have their "snacks."  Otherwise what you want will not work at least I do not know how it will work.  I suspect in the long run the Pyr would take care of the problem by keeping the goats away from their food if they wanted it, but we never let it get that far.  When they (dogs) are hungry enough they will either eat all their food and/or keep the goats away from it.
