Hermit, when one of ours was taking an unauthorized excursion some years
ago, a friend went by the Post Office and asked all the letter carriers to
keep their eyes open. Might be worth contacting your mail delivery person,
and anyone else who regularly visits around the area--UPS etc.
Just another thought.
