Barb, Actually, I think she was. She was groomed and "powdered" (it smelled like) right before we got her. So that may be it. Thanks for the suggestion. Suzanne

Was sugar treated with any flea products before she came to you? Some people are allergic to certain dips and/or shampoos, powders etc. that are used on dogs.
