By the way, I have a question for you guys. My hubby
is a musician and plays several instruments. He's recently taken up the
Bass, and we have found that Newman LOVES the bass! Every time Larry gets
it out and starts playing, with the first chords, Newman comes running
from wherever he is, even if he's outside, and immediately lays down
right against the bass. As soon as Larry stops playing, Newman gets up,
shakes himself, and walks off to go back to whatever he was doing before
Larry started playing. Larry told some of his musician friends about it,
and found that ALL the bass players said their dogs do the exact same
thing! Newman isn't interested in the acoustic guitar, the harmonica, or
the keyboard.  Only the bass. It's very weird.
