You mentioned that "maybe" Sheba is coming into heat.  If this is the case, I would definitely remove one of them to another VERY SECURE pen and then immediately make an appointment with the vet to have both dogs neutered.  If you plan to keep these two dogs as guard dogs, they will be much more focused on their "job" after they are neutered.  The Pyrs that I have as LGD are all neutered (to be honest ALL my Pyrs, except for the ones we are showing are neutered!)  While my spayed female still is the boss of the group, my neutered males are much more accepting of their situation and have developed a very sweet personality.
