Re: [pyrnet] hall of fame

Lisa,

For Show HOF, you need 25 points:
Group 4 - 1 point
Group 3 - 2 points
Group 2 - 3 points
Group 1 - 5 points
BIS - a total of 10 points, 5 for the BIS and 5 for the Group 1
(it used to be 10 for BIS PLUS 5 for the Group 1 for a total of 15 for the day, but that was changed by the GPCA Board a year or two ago)
Best in Specialty - 2 points
Best Op in Specialty - 1 point
National Specialty Best of Breed - 5 points *
National Specialty Best Op - 3 points*
* I might my incorrect on the Nat'l Spec points.

Obedience HOF is anything over a CD title, therefore a CDX qualifies.  The Board has also lumped Agility into the Obedience category, therefore a dog with a CD that also gets an AKC Agility title of NA also qualifies.

For Producer (and I may be off on the numbers for these too) HOF
Male must sire 9 champions
Females must be the dam of 6 champion get
The champions can be from more than one litter and do not have to be from the same sire/dam.  However, Maryann Kenniger DID get a bitch into the HOF by finishing enough dogs from one litter to qualify.  Quite a feat I must say.

Best of Luck going for you HOF's!!!

Hello,
Does anyone know for sure how the point system works for HOF? (show)
I cannot remember how the point system works for the group placements.  I know you need 25 pts.

Then for HOF ch offspring, how many for the dam and sire?

Thanks for any help.
