LOL!   Yep!   But then there's lots of things that kill the bad bacteria along with the good bacteria - uhhh...woman's hygiene products for one!   But seriously, I didn't want Chrissy or anyone else to think that they were harming their dogs permanently using peroxide.    I also wouldn't want to recommend Benadryl either - some dogs could have a reaction.  Thinking topical alcohol with some medicated powder is probably the safest bet yet.

BTW - antibiotics kill good bacteria (in the stomach) hence the need or recommendation for Probiotics when a dog and now more than ever people, have been treated with antibiotics.   But they are still widely used and serve their purpose.
