[pyrnet] Help Please!

I could use some help from you experts if you have any to spare. First off,
I want to thank you for the advice for Eiger and his chewing issues. The
vinegar rinse didn't seem to help much so I progressed to adding fish oil
caplets to his diet. It seems to be helping him quite a bit. He isn't biting
on his butt or feet nearly as much. I think the little bit that is left is a
learned behavior as he has done it most of his life. I'm hoping with time;
it will completely go away.

I now come to you needing help for my 'little' 65 lb 12 year old Springer
cross Buster. I took him to the vet about two weeks ago because he was
getting gunk in his eyes. The vet gave me some drop and said to put them in
his eyes four times a day for a week and then once a week after that. Well,
now he not only has green gunk in both eyes; but, he has a plugged up nose
(which is dry and cracking), and he has some problems with goo in water too.
You know how Pyrs have a wonderful knack at turning regular water into thick
fish slime goo? Well, Buster is doing that too. He is drooling goo and fills
the water bucket up with goo water too. He has NEVER had any of these
symptoms before.

I would really appreciate any help you could give me here before I give the
vet another attempt at finding the problem. If I need antibiotics, so be it.
I would guess he has some kind of a sinus infection; but, I really value
your opinion. I've been giving him regular eye drops and a saline nasal
spray for now. Please help me. Thanks!
