Hi Frank,
I enjoyed reading your mail and it's such a joy to know that you have Beau and he is to have such a good home. I'm sure he will pay you in rewards all his life.
My dog will be seven weeks old on Monday and he has the "electrical tape" around the base of his tail, too.  I think that's a pretty good description. I think we have finally decided on a name. We are going to call him "Rugby."
