It surely isn't the best time for anyone.  Explanation:  The Constitution of the GPCA
mandates that the Annual General Meeting be held between the last week of Mar and the
first week of May.  It is the choice of the Board (made years and years ago) that
attendance at this meeting would be larger if it could be held in conjuction with the
National which is well attended.  And so....the national is always end of Mar to early
May.  It is generally mid to end of April.
