I have heard that a diet rich enough in fiber helps remedy the anal gland problem though I have no personal experience with it. We are feeding Natural Balance (from Petco) and made by Dick Van Patten's company. It is really premium stuff and Romy is doing fine on it. Keith, Soo, Dusty, and Romy
