Re: [pyrnet] Bark (voice) change question

Hi Perry!
Funny that you bring this up because our Pomeranian
(who is also 9 yrs old)lost her voice about a month
ago. Of course we were concerned but we couldn't help
but smile at her because it was so cute. She would go
outside and just bark and bark and all that would come
out was a squeaky airy sound. Our vet said there
wasn't anything wrong - that it was probably an
allergy or cold-like thing going on. He said to give
it another few days to see if it subsided before we
started any sort of testing. And sure enough - it did
go away. (Much to the chagrin of my husband. Never
was it so quiet around our house!) However, I do
understand how alarming this can be. I would watch
her very closely. Hope she is feeling better soon!
