Ditto on that!!! Although, for the most part we are still using the bell (5 years) I have on more than a few occasions, usually at 2 or 3 AM, taken it off the door for the rest of the night. In fairness to Jasper, I must admit that in the vast majority of times, something is actually going on in the neighborhood at 3 AM. Never a dull moment when you live with a Pyr, that's for sure!!!!
