Looks like you've entered they pyr puppy zone! Where everything is just 
they way they want it! lol
You need some TPPP
Treats
Persistence
Patience
Positive reinforcement
Short walks to start out with. Make the goal obtainable...let her see 
you are proud of her. Always keep her attention...once that is broken 
you have to start all over.
She'll smooth right into the conditioning/training, and eventually 
forget that the treat and praise were the big attractions. Not that they 
should be removed . . . but that using them as motivation producers will 
diminish.
