Four Pyrs have gone to Marcie Tepper in Michigan rescue, three  to  
Andee Anderson with TN rescue, NGPR (National Great Pyrenees Rescue) has 
fosters for a total of four (one is going to a foster in Memphis) and 2 
females still need fosters or homes.  The oldest was euthanized by the 
shelter.  Marcie Tepper <dogsownme@aol.com> needs donations to help with 
the ACL knee operation of one, so please contact her to help if you can. 

To inquire about fostering one of the remaining females, pls. contact 
Dana Kovach <dj_kovach@adelphia.net> in Georgetown, KY.

Pyr rescuers are struggling to save hundreds of  Pyrs and Pyr mixes who 
need homes or fosters. Many of these just need a short-term foster until 
a permanent home is found.  For more information about volunteering with

contact them directly. You can be added to a national list of volunteer
