RE: [pyrnet] Question

Thanks for your input.  Jake is a rescue who also had a difficult early life.  It took him over a year to realize he was home.  We have had him 4 years.  At night, many times, he will go out and study the smells, the stars, and anything that moves – before he does anything he needs to do.  Sometimes he just watches and never goes to the bathroom.  Actually, though, this isn’t every night, thank goodness.

When we first got him home we were stunned when he would fall asleep in snow and not want to come in.  But if it gets slightly warm out he lays near the fan or air conditioner inside never caring about going outside.

I’m sure he’d be very happy with a few sheep since he loves to try to herd us!

No, but I have two who have to go out as soon as I answer the phone or start to speak with my husband when he comes home from work.  And a pug who wants to sit in my lap as soon as I put my fork down at dinner.

Does anyone have a Pyr that waits to go outside JUST when you go upstairs to sleep and turn off the light.  Our Pyr sleeps soundly until we’re upstairs and our heads hit the pillows.  Suddenly he starts barking – his I want to go outside bark.

I can't access the commercial on the link.

I'm guessing it is this one:

http://www.youtube.com/user/cesarsmalldogtv

Kodiak tries to do a lot of "small dog" things. He constantly tries to sit/lie on the love seat. He just doesn't fit and there is no way he is comfortable. Still, it is cute to see to see him crammed on it.

Kodi has toys the size of those small Cesar dogs. A family friend gave him a life-sized stuffed Doberman that looks *very* real. The _expression_ on passerby's faces is hilarious when they see Kodi dragging it around the yard or running with it while it is clenched in his jaws.

I was thinking the same thing as Amy! A pyr was probably not the right size dog to be seen in that commercial

but I'm delighted just the same. I've been watching old episodes of "King of Queens" and they have a girl on there

sometimes that is a dog walker and she always has a pyr with her. Smile emoticon In any case my two Pyrs would consider

the Bistro food to be a lil snack!

Cute!  Our dogs would love to eat that food, but they would have to pack it in the gallon size instead of the tiny 4 ounce packages!

Has anyone else seen the Cesar dog food commercial?  You can see it on the website or on the bistro link.

It features a pyr instead of only the westie.
