I make my own dog treats/jerky & it's a very simple process. I refuse
to feed my guys anything that reads "not for human consumption" or "wash hands
thoroughly after handling". A person can use a dehydrator or the oven
method.
I do appreciate the heads up on this warning. One would think that if a
product is on the open market it would be safe for our pets. Unfortunately,
that's not always the case.
