I have found that sometimes some things 'excite' the entire boys and they fixate on the girls. Basically they get 'horny' when they get excited if you will pardon me, and even when the girl is not in season they target and harass in the manner you describe. I find I need to keep an eye on our boy when he is out with the girls as if he gets in that mindset he could easily harass them into the ground if not stopped. Could be just your boy is feeling his hormones and got a bit over excited. Your desexed bitch was simply a handy target.

An alternative if he continues to be very interested in her, particularly her rear end, is to get her checked out for a urinary tract infection. A UTI can sometimes set off the boys.
