No one has received it. the 4th Quarter issue has been received and I 
believe they had intended to mail it out in September? (the end I think) 
Hopefully, we will get it prior to the 2011 National. They will probably 
raise dues in 2011. At least it was intimated that the Treasurer was going 
to recommend doing so at the 2010 Annual Meeting. I'm not sure I'll renew. 
Not sure it's worth what we pay now. Doubt I'll be willing to pay more each 
year for late or non-existent issues of the Bulletin.
