Apparently I'm the only one here who read the d20 License Agreement.  In
order to include the d20 logo on your product, you can't include rules for
character generation.  Or advancement.

With the exeception of adding new classes / feats / skills.

So far, everyone has referenced the D&D PHB -- which is the easy way to do
it.

Of course ... if you wanted to be sneaky, you could do a d20 BASIC book, and
then put out ANOTHER book later that was under the OGL (rather than the d20
STL) that includes character generation (and, at that point, claim
"Compatible with all 'Weird Wars' Books."

(Under the OGL you can't claim d20 compatiblity, but you CAN claim OGL
compatibility -- and you can claim compatiblity with your own products).

That's just my spare change.
