[WW] Character Creation

Hey, does anyone know how PEG is gonna handle character creation? Are they 
going to do the 4d6 drop the lowest, or straight 3d6, or a point based thing 
or what? Personally, I like the 4d6 drop, but for a semi-realistic WW2 combat 
game where the PCs are just grunts, it would make more sense for them to be 
closer to the average person. Just wondering if anyone knew.
