A very nice set of feats, Arne, well suited to the game. How would you
do a "Shoot From The Hip" feat? I'm thinking it would let you take a
full round move (x2 Speed) and still get a shot off with a firearm,
but I'm not sure what the prerequisites, penalties and other game
mechanics should be.
