Hmm. I'd have to think about that. Do I actually want to have people
shoot on the run... ?

It'd be a partial action at most (so no aimed or full automatic fire).

Maybe one burst maximum at some penalty, -4 or -2.

Prerequisites: Shot on the Run, obviously. That makes the feat quite
hard to attain (as you need Dodge, Mobility and Point Blank Shot - I
assume that every WW soldier has Dex 13+).

I'll look into the rules to see how it would balance out, but those
ideas above already seem to be quite solid.
