If all the above works out, i will be all over this bad boy. i think i'm
actually drooling.

That's a good features list! And while some might see me as inherently biased, which I am, I'll put on a few of the folks who are playtesting here in the coming weeks to give you their opinions as well. And not too long after, I'll give you the basic rules so you can decide for yourself.
