[WW] Crosspost: Suggestions wanted

Usual crosspost apologies apply.

I'm begining to put together a "book" of NPCs, both historical and
fictional for WW.  I'm looking for suggestions as to who to be sure I
cover.  As a starting base, I have for example the charcters from
"Casablanca," and from some of Jack Higgins' books, and major historical
figures (Monty, Ike, Patton, etc).  I'd like additional input as to
historical characters, as well as additional fictional sources (if
someone is more familiar with Ken follet than I,  I would appreciate the
input).  Books, movies, some comics even (for those that remember the GI
Combat series from DC, I intend to put the crew of the JEB Stuart and
their tank into game terms), or just about naything else I think I can
work with.  If you have any suggestions, or comments, feel free to email
me on or off list.
