[WW] Tapping other Feats
please forgive my disagreement here, but i do not know if i would make this
"skill" a game feat, worthy of expendure of such a valuable resource as feat
points. in my humble experiences (qualifying expert with a 1911, USArmy ROK
'86) such a "snap shot" combination can be done by someone with a good eye
and a little strength to control the recoil. Warrior Academy range we were
taught to "snap" one to two round into any target within 15 to 20 feet,
depending on exposure. now i was not a block, actually, i was something of a
wimp back then, but had a quick hand (and i'd been firing .44-4 cap & ball
remington revolver since i was about 8) and a good "gut". IMHO, i believe
this should more be a "shot option/penality" element. say, a character with
a STR & DEX > 12 (each) incures a -2 on each roll. characters with STR or
DEX < 12 cannot attempt the second shot. flame mail?
