The new skills in Dead From Above: Bombardier, navigation, Piloting. 
Are they available to any other class other than pilot?  Cross Class
skills, class skillss, unavailable?

What are the cross class skills and unavailable skills of the pilot?

First Aid is listed for the pilot as a class skill.  Is it supposed to
be heal?

Is Navigation a cross-class skill for pilots?  I don't see it listed as
a class skill.

Feats: Bomber proficiancey... I can't find it.  Is it supposed to be
Multi-Engine Aircraft?
