My thoughts are the same as always, and I express them
in a spirit of collegiality, with the deepest respect
for the people involved. 

New ideas should be implemented in their simplest form
as fast as possible. Otherwise everyone puts their
spin on the concept, many options are discussed, then
nothing happens. Often, in the number of keystrokes it
takes to discuss these ideas, they could be
implemented in code to see what happens. So, if you're
a programmer, just program my original idea and we'll
sit back and watch.
