[werewolf] Games 227, 228 still open for registration

Game 227 is still waiting for enough players to get started.  The theme 
there is "types of puzzles".  I guess it's going to start when enough 
people sign up.

Game 228 has been created, as a bare-bones, wolves and seer game.  
Don't know what the start time is.  The theme is "Famous Players of 
pbmserv" (although remember you can't use a valid player ID as an 
alias, so you'll have to misspell it slightly.)

And then there's Game 216....still out there, in limbo.  No clue about 
that one.
