[werewolf] open werewolf games

We have two new games now, both by jeroen
Just use "list werewolf" to see...
There is also an old one, but that one is dead and abanded.

And a big slow one.

I will only start one werewolf game at the time and yes they are both by me.
If the big slow one start earlier then I will wait.

BTW the usual 24 hours will be waited or I must hear other sounds then I
will start it over 4 or 5 hours.
