[BNW] Size question

Either I am reading this weird or the book got it backwards. I am
talking about the size modifiers on page 145 of the main book.

Add +1 to the Target Number for every point of Size the target has over
5. Or take -1 from the Target number for every point of Size the target
has under 5.

The way i read this paragraph it makes it harder to hit big people and
easier to hit small people. I am assuming that it should have been
printed the opposite way. Just wanted to point it out, and make sure I
am not going crazy here.
