   I agree, having this happen is a pain.  On the other hand with that many 
successes you can use a lot of tricks.
   As for the Trick itself, it sounds good and the only problem I can see is 
combining it with other tricks such as the scrappers Dirty Fighting and 
things like Blast Punch.  Have you used it in play? and if so how did it work?
