  Remember the Blaster and Hot Shot have to take an action per bonus to build 
up this change and can be intereupted.  Also, they have to get a success on 
the attack roll to be able to use it.  So sure you can have a real nasty 
attack but you need several actions to prepare and then you may still not get 
it off.
